Wedding Receptions at Hillscourt

Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your life. Here at Hillscourt we give you the attention to detail you deserve on this special day to ensure it is memorable for all the right reasons.

Our experienced staff will guide you through the run-up to the reception and make the day itself flow seamlessly, enabling you to relax and enjoy the occasion.

Hillscourt can cater for up to 85 guests for a formal wedding breakfast and for up to 200 for an evening reception. We have a minimum-number policy of 50 adults for the afternoon and 100 for the evening for any Saturday between Easter and the end of September. These will be the minimum numbers charged for.

Please note that we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the entire centre as there may be some residents who will use the bar and public areas. You will of course enjoy sole use of the restaurant for the entire day.

The wedding breakfast package includes a choice of one starter, one sorbet, one main course with one vegetarian alternative, one dessert, plus tea or coffee and truffles. Special dietary requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement. Also included in the package is a choice of arrival drink, two glasses of house wine and one glass of sparkling wine for a toast. A non-alcoholic alternative will be available if required. All expected guests must be catered for at both afternoon and evening functions. Children from 0-2yrs will not be charged. (Highchairs are available) From 3–12 years children will be charged half the adult meal price.

A £500 non-refundable deposit secures your event. The balance is due one week before the event and should be made by a guaranteed payment method (personal cheques cannot be accepted).

We offer preferential rates for guests staying after a wedding or function. En-suite accommodation and full English breakfast is charged at £49.50 per person in a single room and £69.50 per double or family room. Children sharing with adults will be charged £10.00 to cover their breakfast and accommodation.

There is an additional cost for entertainment, which Hillscourt can arrange for you if required. Our in-house DJ can be booked at a cost of £250.

Unfortunately, firework displays are not permitted due to residential restrictions.

All prices quoted in this literature are valid from 1 January 2013 until 31 December 2013 and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Rates for 2014 will be available by June 2013.
