Wedding Receptions at Hillscourt Conference Centre

Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your life. Here at Hillscourt we give you the attention to detail you deserve on this special day to ensure it is memorable for all the right reasons.

Our experienced staff will guide you through the run up to the reception and make the day itself flow seamlessly enabling you to relax and enjoy the occasion.

Hillscourt can cater for up to 85 guests for a formal wedding breakfast and for up to 200 for an evening reception. We have a minimum number policy of 50 adults for the afternoon and 100 for the evening for any Saturday between Easter and the end of September. These will be the minimum numbers charged for.

Please note that we cannot guarantee exclusive use of the entire centre as there may be some residents who will use the bar and public areas. You will of course enjoy sole use of the Restaurant for the entire day.

The wedding breakfast package includes a choice of one starter, one sorbet, one main course with one vegetarian alternative, one dessert, tea or coffee & mints. Special dietary requirements can be catered for by prior arrangement. Also included in the package is a choice of arrival drink, two glasses of house wine and one glass of sparkling wine for a toast. A non-alcoholic alternative will be available if required. All expected guests must be catered for at both afternoon & evening functions. Children from 0 -2yrs will not be charged. (Highchairs are available). From 3 – 12 yrs children will be charged half the adult meal price.

We offer preferential rates for guests staying after a wedding or function. En-suite accommodation is charged at £47.50 per person in a single room and £67.50 per twin or double. Full English breakfast is included. A £500.00 non-refundable deposit secures your event.

There is an additional cost for entertainment which Hillscourt can arrange for you if required. Our in house DJ can be booked at a cost of £250.00.

Unfortunately Firework displays are not permitted due to residential restrictions.

All prices quoted in this literature are valid from 1st January 2010 until 31st December 2010 and include VAT at the current rate. Rates for 2011 will be available by June 2010.
