The oak panelled Conference Hall is a light, comfortable room with matching light wood tables. It is a very versatile facility accommodating up to 200 in a theatre-style layout to a maximum of 120, classroom style.

  • Modern & flexible audio-visual system incorporating the latest data/video projection facilities.

  • Ceiling-mounted projection unit projects images from computer or video
    sources onto a 6ft by 6ft retractable screen at the front of the hall.
  • Equipped with an integral VHS player, CDI player, and off-air TV receiver.
  • Input socket for other video sources
    such as camcorder, visualizer etc.
  • A hand-held infrared remote control
    unit enables easy switching between sources.
  • Two channel radio-microphone public address system and built-in induction loop to assist hearing aid users.
  • Portable multimedia units are available for use in the smaller meeting rooms.

Seminar Rooms
In the same purpose-built block as the Conference Hall are the two seminar rooms, which are ideal for syndicate work or as meeting rooms in their own right. Both can cater for between 25 and 30 in a hollow square and are well equipped with rail systems for the support of overhead projector screens, flip charts, brochure racks and the display of conference paperwork.

Committee Rooms
In the main house are the more traditional meeting facilities of the Committee Rooms, both of which are suitable for up to 20 delegates in a boardroom layout, but interconnecting doors mean they can be opened into one larger room for conference or function purposes.

Training Suite
The Training Suite is the most recent addition to the meeting facilities at Hillscourt and is situated on the second floor of the house. It comprises a boardroom for up to 14 delegates, a coffee/break area and a toilet. With the exception of the Training Suite, there is good disabled access to all meeting rooms.
