Catering
Hillscourt offers
first-class catering with standards of service which
would be the envy of many larger establishments. Breakfast
is served on a hot and cold buffet style basis, offering
a wide variety of options enabling guests to have as
little or as much as they wish.
Conference lunches are also served buffet
style, offering a range of hot dishes (always with at
least one vegetarian option), followed by a sweet and
tea or coffee. A three-course table d'hôte dinner
is served in the evening, allowing delegates the chance
to relax after a busy day.
There is an extensive, moderately priced
wine list, including our very own house wine.
While vegetarians are always well catered
for at Hillscourt,
any special diet can be accommodated with prior notice
and our Chef will be happy to discuss any specific requirements
you may have.
At certain times the restaurant and Committee
Rooms can be hired for private functions - our experienced
staff can advise you about this.
